Am 19.08. findet ab 13:00 Uhr wieder Berlins einziger Ladies-Skateboardcontest statt: SUCK MY TRUCKS!
Einige der besten Skateboarderinnen kommen Nach Berlin gereist, um gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben und sich in den Disziplinen Street & Bowl, zu messen. Darunter sind Fahrerinnen wie Candy Jacobs. Die sympatische Niederländerin bereist seit geraumer Zeit die Welt und steht an der Spitze der Topfahrerinnen. Auch Catherine Marquis, deutschlands beste Bowlskateboarderin, kommt zum SMT. Sie hat es bei der europäischen Qualifikation der Vans Park Series immerhin auf Platz drei geschafft und ist die einzige Frau in der olympischen Nationalmannschafft, die es in das „Parkteam“ geschafft hat. Eugenia Ginepro aus Argentinien hat ebenfalls ihre Teilnahme zugesagt, sie gewann bereits vor einigen Jahren den Streetwettbewerb.
Es wird erneut ein aufregendes Rennen um den Jackpot von 2000€ Gesamtpreisgeld!

Ausserdem findet am Contesttag im cassiopeia Berlin auch wieder die Ausstellung über die Frauen im Skateboarden statt und der 1. Berliner Skateboardverein e.V. feiert seinen 40. Geburtstag.

Einen Tag vor dem ganzen Spektakel, findet die beliebte Spottour statt, dieses Mal unter dem Motto „For Girls who ride!“ und wird von NIKITA präsentiert. Am Ende der Tour findet eine Best Trick Session statt und die Gewinnerin, erhält ein Jahres-Sachsponsoring.

SUCK MY TRUCKS – Berlin’s one & only all women*’s skateboard contest is happening on 19th of August 2017, starting at 1pm. Some of the very best skateboarders come to Berlin to compete in the contest disciplines street & bowl, and of course, to have a great time. Among them are riders like the famous Candy Jacobs. This skateboarder from the Netherlands has been touring the world for quite some time, and is one of the few world’s top skateboarders. Catherine Marquis, Germany’s best bowlskateboarder is coming to SUCK MY TRUCKS. She made it to third place in the European qualification of the Vans Park Series, and is the only woman in the Olympic national team who made it into the „parkteam“. Eugenia Ginepro from Argentina has registered for the contest, she won the street competition several years ago at SUCK MY TRUCKS. It will be another exciting competition for the jackpot of 2000 € total prize money! In addition, on the contest day the exhibition of “herstory” of skateboarding – women’s history in skateboarding – is taking place at cassiopeia Berlin. Furthermore, the 1st Berlin Skateboardverein e.V. is celebrating its 40th birthday! On the day before the contest, our popular spot tour is going to happening! This year our motto for the spot tour will be “For Girls Who Ride”, and is presented by NIKITA. We will have a best trick session at the end of the tour. The winner of the best trick session will win one year of skateboard stuff sponsoring.

At the end of the spot-tour, we make a best-trick session at the „Dogshit-Spot“, the winner gets a Stuffsponsorship from NIKITA for ONE YEAR!
